  • The item must be unused and in original packaging

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or damaged items (not due to our fault)

  • Items returned without original packaging

  • Final sale or clearance items (if applicable)


Refund Process

Once your return is approved:

  • The item will be inspected

  • Refund will be processed to the original payment method

Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


Payment Refunds

All refunds are processed through the original payment method via Al Rajhi Bank or the payment provider used.

  • We do not issue cash refunds

  • Processing time may take several business days


Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

  • Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer


Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before shipment.

Once shipped, cancellation is not guaranteed and must follow the return process.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
